My weekend comment is this: Nine months after finding you guys, at age 49 I'm in better shape than I've ever been in my LIFE thanks to Alden and the inspiration of Perfect Teammates here and elsewhere, and mainly thanks to the functional MAGIC of the Perfect Pushup and Pullup. Maybe there's no actual magic involved, but these products have revolutionized my lukewarm fitness routine, and made it HOT HOT HOT!! Sometimes I almost look forward to it! (Not always - I'd be a liar if I said that). As a wise blogger once said (I think it was Coach Marty), THAT'S WHY THEY CALL IT WORK. It can't be easy or everybody would be in shape and we would not be a nation of chubby people.

Good luck on the mission, Alden. If you meet Max we would appreciate a video of HIM TAKING YOU DOWN IN THE OCTAGON!

True, I also got much inspiration from the Perfect Forum and the desire to keep pushing for something better. It's as if I have a "swim-buddy" by my side during my exercise periods (and not only).

By the way Stew Smith has posted some very nice workout ideas in his youtube channel. Here's one for you:
